SHIPPING
We currently only ship in the United States and in the order of funds received.
- In stock items will ship within 2-4 business days.
- Personalized items, approximately 7-10 days.
- Specialty orders are TBD
* If there is an order that you need sooner than that please email us at hello@theBASKshop and in the subject line please type the words "URGENT ORDER!" Leave your name, shipping address, timeframe needed, and the best contact phone number that we can reach you back at and we will be happy to put a RUSH on it for an additional fee.
RETURNS
Please inspect your product as soon as you receive it. If there is a flaw or a malfunction issue, please reach out to us immediately, within 7 days. You can reach us at hello@thebaskshop.com and in the subject line, please type the words "RETURN NEEDED", and in the body of the email, please explain your reasoning and we will determine if it warrants a return according to our shop criteria. You can read more about that under "RETURNS" in the main menu.
QUALITY
Because every item is either handmade or hand selected, we will only accept the best for our incredible customers. We personally hand pack every order, checking for any flaws or malfunction of each and every item purchased, resulting in the highest quality orders that leave our shop and arrive at your designated address!
*Due to the nature of wood and the presence of natural markings and knots, we consider these as character marks and not "flaws", therefore, we will not accept refunds or exchanges because of them.
